Why You Should Not Skip Breakfast

Imagine trying to start a car without petrol…Impossible, right??? Exactly!

That’s what happens when we try to start our day without breakfast.
As cliché as it may sound, breakfast is the most important meal which we should ensure we do not skip in order to remain healthy.

Different people have various reasons for perpetually skipping breakfast; some would say it is because they ran out of time, because they don’t have an appetite or because they are watching their weight and the likes. However, this should not be the case.

Skipping breakfast continually will not help you lose weight, thinking otherwise is a total misconception. Reducing your food portions might help but skipping breakfast totally would not.

Also, it is advised by nutritionists that breakfast should be eaten within two hours of waking. Though eating breakfast is important, ensuring that it contains essential nutrients is also important. There are also dietary supplements one can take to aid in the nutrients the body gets.
